Welcome to the first ever instalment of Our Nourishing Meal Plans! In case you missed the update, my paid subscribers will now receive a 5-day meal plan each week, along with a done for you grocery list and prep ahead tips. This is instead of the weekly recipe. There are a few reasons for this change:
Firstly, I felt that it was confusing for my audience who are used to receiving my free recipes to have some that were available for free on Our Nourishing Table and some that were behind a paywall on Substack.
Secondly, I wanted to keep all of my recipes free for everyone but still wanted to provide a really helpful service to help reduce the mental load of figuring out what to cook each week.
